It has two vibration frequencies (55Hz and 48Hz), and the vibration system is equipped with an automatic vibration release function. The 50mm steel drum offset function enhances the machine’s control ability when approaching curbs.
– CB7 Double Drum Vibratory Roller: The standard operating weight is 8625kg, the maximum operating weight is 8720kg, the standard compaction width is 1500mm, the maximum compaction width is 1670mm, and the engine power is 74.4kW. This roller adopts a rotating dial, oscillating vibration, and a 360° seat design, which is suitable for medium-sized application scenarios such as urban streets and expressways. The maximum centrifugal force of each steel drum is 78.3kN, ensuring good compaction effect.
– CC2.7GC Double Drum Vibratory Roller: The standard operating weight is 2599kg, the compaction width is 1312mm, and the engine power is 18.4kW. This model is equipped with a C1.7T engine and has an automatic preheating function, which can prevent the activation of the vibration system and high engine idle speed before the hydraulic system reaches 10ºC. It has two vibration frequencies: 50Hz and 62Hz, which can meet different compaction needs.
– CF102 Vibratory Roller: The total length is 5.7 meters, the width is 2.3 meters, and the total weight reaches 12.3 tons. It adopts a Caterpillar C4.400041002104-cylinder engine with a maximum output of 160 horsepower. A single steel drum can generate a maximum centrifugal force of 250kN, with a vibration frequency of 33Hz and an amplitude ranging from 10 to 20mm.
