Power System

– Engine Model: Some models are equipped with the Cat® C9 ACERT™ engine, and some with the Cat® 3176C engine.
– Power Parameters: Taking the Cat C9 ACERT engine as an example, the flywheel power can reach 179kW, and the net power is 194kW when the maximum power speed is 1900rpm.
– Technical Features: Adopts ACERT technology to achieve advanced electronic control, precise fuel delivery and fine air management, complying with China’s Stage 2 emission standards; the air-to-air aftercooler (ATAAC) provides cooling air for the engine to improve fuel efficiency.

Performance Parameters

– Transmission System: Uses a planetary power shift transmission with 3 forward gears and 3 reverse gears. The forward speed ranges from 3.52 to 10.54km/h, and the reverse speed ranges from 4.54 to 13.58km/h. The unique Cat torque divider delivers 70% of the engine torque through the torque converter and 30% through the direct drive shaft, improving transmission efficiency.
– Weight and Dimensions: The operating weight varies depending on the configuration. The standard model is approximately 24962kg, the length (track contact) is about 2870mm, the width (without blade) is about 2869mm, and the height is about 3353mm.

Operation and Comfort

– Operation Interface: The operation interface is simple and intuitive, using pilot-operated hydraulic devices. The bulldozer and ripper joysticks are precisely controlled, and can also be matched with the AccuGrade™ system to achieve electro-hydraulic control.
– Cab Design: Equipped with an isolated and mounted pressurized cab to reduce noise and vibration; the wide single-pane windows provide good visibility; the comfort series seat is offset by 15 degrees, and the seat and armrests are adjustable, providing a comfortable working environment for the operator.
