Performance features

– Screed design: Equipped with R300DT screed, which has a double tamper + vibration structure, with a basic width of 3m and can be extended to 10m by adding extension sections. It adopts a stable and robust hydraulic telescopic screed and a centrally symmetric double-cylinder supported telescopic mechanism. Four telescopic support cylinders ensure the connection rigidity of the telescopic parts.
– Material conveying system: The diameter of the spiral blades ranges from 380mm to 500mm. The left and right spiral blades can be controlled independently and can reverse. The hydraulic adjustment of the auger height can reach up to 250mm. The shape of the material conveying channel is reasonably designed to avoid material segregation. The edges of the hopper are chamfered to prevent cold asphalt accumulation. The double scraper system can reverse, ensuring smooth material conveying.
– Operation and maintenance: The operating platform has a good ergonomic design. The seat is adjustable and can be swiveled outwards by 30 degrees, providing an excellent field of vision. Maintenance points are centrally arranged. Components such as hydraulic pumps and fuel tank caps can be directly inspected and repaired. A large number of plug-and-play components accelerate the maintenance process.
– Traction and track design: The track is designed to be longer and wider. The rubber track block is 320mm wide, with a large ground contact area, many support wheels, and strong mobility. The track position is low, facilitating truck unloading. Moreover, the rubber of the track plate is thick, ensuring a long service life.
