Performance parameters: The engine model is a Cummins 6-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine with a power of 127kW. The maximum paving width is 9m, the paving speed can reach 24m/min, the theoretical paving capacity is 700t/h, and the hopper capacity is 13t.
– Functional features: Equipped with the VÖGELE EcoPlus energy-saving and emission-reduction package, which can reduce fuel consumption and noise. It adopts the advanced ErgoPlus 3 operating concept, making operation convenient. The control of the spraying module also adopts this concept, with a user-friendly interface design. It has an intelligent transition mode to ensure the paver can transition quickly and safely, and the transition has a memory function. The feeding assistant improves the safety of material truck feeding.
– Characteristics of the spraying module: The capacity of the emulsified asphalt tank is 2100L. Emulsified asphalt can be filled on either the left or right side of the machine, and the pipeline can be cleaned independently. The front spray bar is monitored and adjusted by electronic equipment, equipped with 5 spray bars with a total of 24 nozzles. The spray rate is 0.3-1.6kg/m², using a pulse spraying mode with a spray pressure of only 3bar. Nozzles of models 10 and 16 are available for selection.
– Construction application: Suitable for paving ultra-thin wearing courses as well as traditional bonding courses and surface courses. For example, in the construction of beautiful villages in Conghua, Guangzhou, the Vögele Super 1800-3 SJ spraying paver was successfully applied to the cement concrete pavement reconstruction project, realizing the simultaneous operation of emulsified asphalt spraying and hot asphalt mixture paving.
