Power system: Equipped with a Weichai Deutz turbocharged diesel engine, which is a 6-cylinder in-line, water-cooled, 4-stroke, direct-injection type. It has a rated power of 92kW, a rated speed of 2200r/min, a maximum torque of ≥500N·m, a torque reserve coefficient of 26%, low fuel consumption, and emissions meet the EURO I standard.
– Transmission system: Adopts a planetary gearbox with single-lever operation and power shift, and the torque converter is a dual-turbine four-element type. There are two forward speeds: 0-11km/h and 1-35km/h, and one reverse speed: 0-14.5km/h.
– Hydraulic system: The system working pressure is 16.5MPa. The boom cylinder bore × stroke is Φ125×715mm, and the dump cylinder bore × stroke is Φ140×532mm. The action time of the hydraulic system is 4.8s for lifting, 1.2s for unloading, and 2.6s for lowering (free lowering of empty bucket), totaling 8.6s.
– Steering system: Uses an articulated frame and full hydraulic steering. The steering angle is 40° on both left and right sides. The steering pump is a gear pump with a flow rate of ±105.8L/min, and the safety valve setting pressure is 14MPa.
– Structural features: The bucket adopts a reinforced rib plate structure design, with various types available such as ordinary buckets, enlarged buckets, and rock buckets, to meet the needs of different materials and working conditions. The total operating weight of the machine is 10300kg, the rated load capacity is 3000kg, the bucket capacity is 1.7-2.5m³, the maximum unloading height is 2911mm, and the digging force (breakout force) is 100±10kN.
