Power System

Equipped with a Weichai Steyr engine, it features strong power, large torque reserve, low fuel consumption, and low noise. It comes standard with a two-stage air filter, making it suitable for workplaces with a lot of dust. It adopts the LG50 power-shift planetary transmission, which has a compact structure and long gear service life. It is equipped with a new type of shock absorber to enhance the shock absorption effect, and uses Lingong 5-ton reinforced drive axle with large load-bearing capacity and high reliability.

Structural Design

The structural parts of the whole machine have undergone finite element optimization design and passed 200,000 fatigue strengthening tests. The front and rear frames adopt a plate structure with reasonable center of gravity distribution and strong bearing capacity. The engine hood is enlarged with a streamlined appearance, facilitating heat dissipation and maintenance. The hydraulic oil tank can be rotated for more convenient maintenance. The radiator structure is optimized to increase the effective heat dissipation area and reduce the engine water temperature and hydraulic system oil temperature.

Operating System

It has a precise instrument operating system that can monitor key parameters such as fuel, water temperature, and air pressure in real time to ensure safe operation. At the same time, the electrical components have undergone optimized design to improve the reliability of the electrical system.
