Basic Information

The overall length of the GR180 grader is 8900mm, the width is 2625mm, and the height is 3470mm. The overall operating weight is approximately 15400kg. It can be used for large-area ground leveling in highways, airports, farmland, etc., as well as operations such as trenching, slope scraping, earthmoving, loosening soil, and snow removal.

Power System

It is equipped with a Cummins 6CTA8.3 or Shangchai D6114 engine, with a rated power ranging from 138kW to 140kW, and rated speeds of 2200rpm and 2300rpm respectively. It has strong power and can meet the operational needs of different working conditions.

Transmission and Control System

It adopts a power shift gearbox with 6 forward gears and 3 reverse gears, which is flexible and convenient to operate. Among them, the standard configuration uses the Hangchi 6WG180 box, and the high configuration uses the Liuzhou ZF box. The rear axle is a three-section drive axle equipped with an imported self-locking differential. The blade movement is fully hydraulically controlled, equipped with imported Rexroth and HUSCO valves and locks, ensuring reliable operation.

Working Device

The blade is 3965mm long and 610mm high. The blade can rotate 360° and has a tilt angle of 90°. Its movements are controlled by full hydraulic pressure, and the lifting, lateral movement, rotation and cutting angle adjustment of the blade are realized through left and right lifting hydraulic cylinders, side shift cylinders, angle adjuster cylinders, etc., with precise operation and high work efficiency.

Cab and Comfort

The cab is luxurious and beautiful, with a roof-mounted air conditioner, wide field of vision and good sealing. It is equipped with an ABS adjustable console and seat. The arrangement of the control handle and instruments is reasonable and easy to use, which can effectively reduce the driver’s labor intensity and improve driving comfort.
